Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Check In

Check in time is from 2pm.

Check Out

Check out time is strictly 10am. Late check out can be arranged with an additional charge, if available.

Reception Hours

We have limited Reception hours. But you don’t need to see us – as you will receive from us an SMS or email with your room number and your code to access your room. This is sent out the day prior to your arrival. When you arrive, just head straight to your room and settle in.

Room Access

You will receive an automated SMS and/or email advising of your code to access your room. This will be sent the day prior to your scheduled arrival. The code will only be valid for your stay (from 2pm) and will expire at 10am on your day of departure.

No Show

If you fail to arrive at The Oasis, it will be treated as a No Show. Your booking will be cancelled and you will be charged for the first night stay.

All rooms are NON SMOKING. This includes the use of vapes or e-cigarettes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation at The Oasis Motor Inn.

Parking

Free parking is available directly in front of your allocated room. If you have a trailer, we do have additional parking available onsite – please contact us and advise.

Prices are in Australian Dollars.

Changes and Cancellation

Changes and cancellations must be made directly with us via email or phone call and must be more than 24 hours prior to check in (2pm local time). If any cancellation is less than 24 hours prior to arrival, full payment of the first night of the stay is charged.

Changes are subject to availability.

No Show
